Jo Kaminska uses the services of trusted and reputable third party hosting agents and payment providers to ensure the security of personal data. Your data is conscientiously protected from loss, destruction, distortion/falsification, manipulation and unauthorized access or unauthorized disclosure. Jo Kaminska ensures all personal information is kept private and confidential. Your payment and order details are sent to us across a secure and encrypted connection that cannot be read by anyone other than ourselves. Once you have completed your purchase and to ensure all confidential information is removed, Jo Kaminska recommends that you close all browsers.

3. Online Payment
All payments on www.jokaminska.com are securely processed. We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo, American Express, and Visa Electron. Jo Kaminska will ensure confirmation of ordered item(s), availability, shipping before completing order transaction. If there are any items on your order which are not in stock, you will not be charged for them until we actually ship them to you. You will be advised by e-mail if we are unable to complete your order.
Only adults (persons aged 18 and over) are entitled to enter into legally binding contracts and as a result are the only people entitled to transact through this site. Any other individuals who are unable to perform legally binding contracts are prohibited from ordering goods using this site. If you do not qualify do not use this site
4. Changes and Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to email@example.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return instructions included with your shipment.
5. Measurements and Sizing
Dimensions displayed on the Jo Kaminska website are noted in inches or centimeters. While we try to ensure that all measurements on our website are accurate, errors may occur as each piece is unique.
Ring sizing is sometimes a challenge to get perfectly right.
A very thick band will feel much tighter than a thin band of the exact same size. When sizing a ring, we make every effort to ensure a perfect fit on the first try. On occasion however, a ring may need to be returned to us for an adjustment.
6. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.

You may be required to pay extra for delivery and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. Our delivery charges are set out in our website.
Prices on the website are subject to change without notice, and can vary from piece to piece, and from time to time, depending on the price of raw materials at the time of production. Gold and precious stones are commodities, with market fluctuations beyond our control. Occasionally, a piece will sell, and then be recreated at a later date with a difference in price. This simply reflects the market value of the raw materials, and does not mean that we have increased our mark-up.
8. Sales Tax
There is no sales tax charged to orders shipped out of state or internationally.
International orders are subject to local duties and taxes, depending on the destination. These fees are beyond the control of Jo Kaminska, and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
9. Shipping Information
International deliveries are subject to additional fees. We aim to ship within 48 hours, but this is not always possible. We will contact you via the email address you provide, should any shipping delay occur.

All packages require a signature at time of delivery: NO EXCEPTIONS.
Fedex and UPS will not deliver to a post office box.
The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate ship-to address at the time of order.
10. International Orders
Shipping charges are provided as an estimate and actual shipping charges are adjusted upon final processing of your orders.
You will be responsible for any taxes / duties incurred by destination country.
Any duties or taxes incurred on international shipments are not within the control of Jo Kaminska – Ethical Jewellery, and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
For international returns, we cannot refund any import fees. It is up to the customer to cover shipping and handling as well as any duties or tariffs incurred.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received. (unworn, undamaged, with original packaging), within 7 days of receipt of order. We will refund the purchase price of the jewelry, but not the shipping charges.

All returns should be sent to:

In order for us to process the return, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us, and request a return shipping authorization.
All returns must be fully insured using FedEx or UPS. You will need to provide us with a tracking number in order for us to process your return. You can email this number to us at email@example.com.
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any shipments that we were not notified about first.
The item(s) which are Bespoke Special Order, which due to their unique nature, cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited from your credit card will be credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you, in the way detailed above, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be credited to you.
12. Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if:
- we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
- we do not deliver to your area; or
- one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email or by telephone, and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email of the problem within 7 days of the delivery of the goods in question.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 7 working days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email or telephone at our contact address of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the goods. If you notify us of a problem under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option either:
- to make good any shortage or non-delivery; or
- to replace any goods that are damaged or defective; or
- to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify us of under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under the clause above.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of the courier.
